Processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

We ship internationally. Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery is typically 7-21 business days after dispatch, depending on your destination. Please note delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us at info@girlgeous.com.

Customs, duties & taxes

Girlgeous is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties or taxes applied to your order. All such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are levied once the parcel reaches its destination country.
